By accessing and using the IndusCo website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the website following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

IndusCo provides industrial manufacturing services including but not limited to:

• CNC machining and precision manufacturing
• Custom fabrication and metalwork
• Quality assurance and testing services
• Industrial component production

All product specifications, capabilities, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.

All orders are subject to acceptance by IndusCo. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing. Prices quoted are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Payment terms will be specified in your quotation or order confirmation. We accept bank transfers, letters of credit, and other approved payment methods. Late payments may incur interest charges.

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery as specified in the agreed Incoterms.

We ship worldwide using reliable carriers. Shipping costs and arrangements will be detailed in your quotation.

We warrant that our products will meet agreed specifications and be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is valid for 12 months from delivery date.

If any product fails to meet specifications, we will, at our option, repair, replace, or refund the purchase price. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper storage, or unauthorized modifications.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of IndusCo or its suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Customer designs and specifications provided to us remain the property of the customer. We will not disclose or use customer proprietary information except as necessary to fulfill orders.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IndusCo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our products or services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during business dealings. This obligation survives termination of any business relationship.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be submitted to the competent courts in Dongguan, Guangdong Province.
